Several klans troll for members (no pun intended) in the Role Playing Geniuses forum (on Flamebate, not in the game). You can try there. Alternately, on any klan’s page, you should be able to see who the administrator is. Give them a friend request and if they accept it, then Tubmail them and ask to join.
