You can get a lot of vanilla even with 12 visits; I got a full card hand yesterday by doing solo vanilla + mid Pistachio streak.

I’d say Domination E-Peens inflate the counter much more then Streak E-Peens. You get a new streak every month. You can get a new Domination E-Peen every week.
