if you consider an hour and a half to considerable amount of time, then you would be right – however i do not consider an hour and a half that big of a deal. if you only have free time in ten minute increments, then maybe you should consider learning some time management skills. are you a doctor or something? how do you find time to be a mod?

Has nothing to do with time management. I work a job during the day and have a family at night. I come online during downtime at work, which I can’t schedule in advance, and when I have a moment or two of not taking care of/spending time with my family, such as now. That’s generally perfectly adequate for modding, but not even close for raiding.

And hour and a half? I can’t begin to imagine what it’s like to have that much free time I can schedule in advance for a game. In college, yeah sure I had that time. But not now.
