Is it really such a huge difference? I mean the hitting on soft 7’s. It doesn’t seem like something that happens so often anyways, i don’t see why it would have such a huge effect on the odds.

It’s kid of long, boring and complicated, but let’s just say the rules were VERY close to even, and now they’ve changed to favor the house
