You’re right, it doesn’t kill them, but it prevents them from being generated. And you can’t specifically target anyone, but if you hit everyone then you hit your targets. This method is inefficient to get the job done, but as long as some people believe it works, it will continue. (Kind of like religion or alternative medicine…Log in to see images! )

More of my submissions got downvoted last night. I’m might start saving my forum submissions to put in after domination resolves.
