I understand this is part of your affliction and thus take no offense. While largely a false (read: bull****) diagnosis, multiple personality disorder (or dissociative identity disorder, as it is now known) is believed to be caused by incredibly stressful experiences that overwhelm one’s sense of self to the point new identities must be created.

Often this stressful event may be traced back to childhood.

In order to better help you on the road to recovery, please describe exactly how and in what positions your father raped you. Remember, the more detail you provide, the better I will be able to help.

This is called transference—which means you are using me, your therapist, as a stand-in for your father or uncle, the authority figures in your life. According to most schools of psychotherapy this is very productive and a sign you are making progress. However, there are several schools—including the one to which I subscribe, a mixture of logotherapy and Frommian psychoanalysis—which hold this is in fact counterproductive as it mitigates the autonomy of the individual undergoing therapy.

In other words, you’re messing up the therapy session pretty bad. Maybe an alternative approach is right for you. For example, have you considered…Suicide?
