.Moar Files way too hard to get - my fault or Forumwarz?

Is anyone other than me having trouble with getting .moar files? I’m on level 19 and since level 12 i think i’m just acgreat timesulating parts of files, without completing any of them. I already have 200+ incomplete files. Is it me or the game is having some kind of problem with this?
And, if its me, do anyone have any hint of what i may be doing wrong or a tip to help me complete more files?
