So what’s the deal? I’ve read articles saying that there’s only around 5 – 16 of them out right now, but others are saying that you’re more likely to get it if you have 500 – 1000 total item crafts. |

It’s an Australium wrench, actually.
At the momnet though, I think it’s only avalible by fiddling around with the game files, and only in single player.
