I thought it was treated as a tie at -5, with the same rule applying as a tie at any other number (random selection from the subs that are tied) |

I don’t think that has ever happened (as opposed to complete itembuildr downvoting which occurs from time to time). I think if it happened, CZ would probably step in and hand-pick the content because randomly selecting submissions from the delete pool would make a pretty awful, awful forum. |
