Why are extra forum visits considered cheating?

IN B4 “site : forumwarz.com in google, use it”. Already did, couldn’t find an answer.
I’m just curious; you’re not actually cheating, or gaining an unfair advantage, you’re just making it so you can run through the game. That seems pretty fair, imo. Charging BP for extra visits makes sense, because it uses up server bandwidth, etc etc, but I don’t get why it’s penalized.

You use extra vists that other people don’t have access to. Extra visits lead to extra deliveries, scoops, et al. How do you figure it’s *not* cheating? |

Also, streaking to 100 in one day would be a huge advantage in a round of domination. Not to mention the leaderboards. |
