Option to disable Twitter feed?

How hard would it be to code an on/off switch in options? Default to on, so it is a conscious choice if people don’t want the update? Something like…
“Disable twitter feed. (You are still responsible for any informational updates you might miss!)”
I only ask because the load time for the character page is really swingy and it clearly depends on twitter, not FWZ. Load time is noticeably longer all the time, and really wacky at others. I’ve had one time that it took almost a minute. (Yes, I know I can click any other page and bypbum the character page, but there are things I want to see on the character page a lot of the time.) |

The twitter_div still loads, it just isn’t displayed. So, I suppose any lag you’d encounter due to Twitter would still exist. Though I haven’t seen any either. |

If you have the Noscript extension and do not whitelist twitter it doesn’t show up at all and it doesn’t seem to load anything. |
