I don’t remember whether Bashy got out early or not. I have no interest in trying to figure out the current attitudes of some of the mods. Honestly, I went to the KoL forums for the first time in awhile and they are much more relaxed when someone makes a joke or uses sarcasm.

I was looking back at some old Dom posts the other day and realized that half the posters would be banned in a heartbeat today. At some point in the early/mid summer attitudes shifted from no trolling to you must be serious. There is a difference.

I’ve been thinking about just posting everything in GRP regardless of the topic. Everything can fit in GRP, no one is going to get banned for leaving cap locks on or telling an obvious idiot that they are in fact obviously an idiot. Plus I’d only need to check one rules sticky for updates.

Not only the KoL forums, but most forums in general. Many would just ask you to Edit your post, close a thread, and ban only if the fault is really really big. Also, not considering a ban from most forums doesn’t mean getting banned from a game, also.

Now, here you get easily banned from stating your opinions in a strong way if it’s outside of rp, you get banned and if you planned to play dom, you’re ****ed (and no one actually cares).
