10 is way too low. Only people with 50 buildr score and up can possibly claim to have any knowledge of how buildr works at all. Anyone with less than 50 buildr score is a clueless rube banging at the keyboard and counting on the votes of other keyboard-bangers with no taste.
Also, no one should be able to post in Game Discussion until level 35, or Domination until they get 35 medals, because they obviously haven’t got the experience to understand the complex fabulous personry involved in either game. No one should be allowed to post in Flamebate at all until they prove they can make entertaining posts. This can easily be determined by looking at their net “win/fail” totals for all posts they made. ET, make it so!
