I cant ****in belive im posting this. Well here we go…
With the words said, the symptoms of hurt begin: The limbs falter, the eyes drown, confusion pulls the mind, the lips go down. pain tears through the system the heart beats a wild chase. blood flows faster breathe comes at a slower rate as these things end, Hate begins to set in: flexing the fingers, sniffing the air, coughing now and then, shaking back the hair, lunging forward, red flashes across the vision, and hands turn crimson, all in the same instant

The metaphoric aspects of the poem are pretty easy to discern from the connotation of your word choice but I’m a little unclear on what is happening literally in the poem. Could you clear that up for me?
