If you have RPG Maker XP installed already you just extract the zip from the url above, open the folder, and click the icon that says “game”. Here is RPG Maker XP which you install first:

This is NSFW 18+. Make sure you have your audio turned up. Your bumons are Z,X,C and the arrows. You’ll find the game reasonably challenging. You may die 3 or 4 times or more on some bosses. Stop whining, I’ve played the damn thing to death and it’s not that hard. Really. Maybe as tough as like a second to last castle/dungeon on a Final Fantasy game. Quit being a woman's genitals, woman's genitals.
