I’ve been playing this ‘game’ for a while now. I finished episode 1, bought episode 2 and finished that too. YAY for me.

But after finishing episode 2, the question is: what will you do next?

You are encouraged to get the biggest e-peen/best .moar files/most flezz, yet it is quite frustrating that this is just im-****ing-possible.

The people currently dominating the leaderboards are so far ahead that there is simply no way for a semi-beginner like me to ever begin to attempt to top it. New e-peens are always added, yet the leaderboard toppers will go for it as well, thus maintaining their top positions.

Special e-peen quest? Nice idea, but the ridiculous conditions (5 forumvisits and only the first 25 people) make it almost impossible to obtain, and leaves the people who weren’t there the minute it went up to bid on it at Kyoubai…for millions of flezz which only a few people have…the leader board toppers…

Now my idea would be to make all e-peen auctionable. The easy to obtain ones cheaper of course (4 forums in a row/solving trapped in the cupboard etc.) and the rare ones more expensive.

This way we can all strive to complete our collection and people with rare e-peens can choose whether to sell them and go for the flezz-leaderboard e-peen (and then collecting the ones they sold back).

You can add a (bought) tag if someone bought the e-peen, so there will be no confusion of what this player has actually accomplished.

This way people who haven’t been here for the entire year might not be discouraged by seeing that many e-peens are no longer obtainable, people who manage to either get lucky or achieve something special can make some more flezz, and it will keep things fair.

I posted this in ‘whiny ****es’ so there is no point in pointing out to me that I am in fact just that.

You can get good at dom. Dom moves fairly quickly and there’s room at the top. Leaderboard peen are hard to come by, but there’s other stuff to do. Look at SEMC, Johnny Mac, FAIL, Nicco and others. If all else fails you can just hang out and have fun.

Just remove people from the leaderbord when they get the peen. Repeat the seasonal/time based peens. Some need to be just special and hard to get.

But yeah I was slightly annoyed, I’ve missed about 4-5 from having a ****ed computer/having a flatmate demand to use his computer.

You didn’t need to live in the States to get that E-peen

Were he active, PDB would have the biggest peen. He currently is not. PDB has missed numerous peens in the last five or six months, and will eventually be pbumed (likely by scully). Scully is going to be much busier now that she is a mod and will probably miss or be disqualified from several peens because of it. I’ve been here four months and I am 28th in peen size, and will continue to grow.

Just play regularly, have fun, and try not to worry about it too much. There’s plenty to do here.

E-Peens are unique. I would hate to see everyone have the same E-Peens, then there is no point in them. Everyone would have a 20” E-Peen, and the fun along with trying to get them is gone.

I don’t agree. The pink floyd .moar file is very hard to obtain, but the idea that it IS in fact possible will keep people trying and trying. If a certain rare e-peen in fact obtainable, people will try to get it, as is the case with the 25 falcon mission e-peens.

Not everyone will have the same e-peen, since there aren’t that many in the game, but the idea that you CAN possibly get it, makes it more fun (and fair) in my opinion. You can even install a new e-peen for people who have reached a e-peen selling or buying milestone.

And about the leaderboard; that can be fixed by making it so that the next person on the leaderboard must first top the amount of his or her predecessor before he/she get’s the e-peen.
