First, please allow me to apologize for his long absence from these boards. He had a bit of a setback with his therapy, and it took a while for us to find a new house.

Regardless, I came here because it looks like you folks aren’t familiar with Snopes.com. Snopes is an excellent website for checking on the validity of e-mail solicitations which don’t sound legitimate.

As it turns out, Fingerz (which should be with an ’s’, but that’s a different topic on the problems with phonetics), this is a scam. The FBI wouldn’t reward you for illegal activities. You can read more about this particular scam here.
