Secondly, where did you come up with this figure? Since when are presidents only popular for the first half of their term?
BTW, Obama’s inauguration was insane. The next day, I forgot we even had a black president. Then I saw the stimulous bill and said “****.. Congress better not mess this up”
And they didnt!
