Having played both sports in high school, this is a really stupid argument. Both sports are physically intensive and competitive.

Although the part about whiny ****es pulling a foul when they were barely touched is pretty dead on for basketba…, er soccer. But that’s over in Europe…

It doesn’t matter who called what first. Neither football nor soccer is descriptive of that dumb fabulous persongy game you guys seem to go nuts over.

I suggest naming it something more fitting, like pansyball, or fabulous personball, or anything to imply that those who play it or enjoy it should not be considered men.

Although, there is one thing I do enjoy about Pansyball. You know when one player brushes up against another player, and so the first player falls to the ground and starts crying in agony and writhing in pain, like he just got disemboweled or something? And so the ref awards him a free shot, and then he gets up like nothing’s the matter.

That’s p cool imho.

Meh, its true, it has become rather gay. But when it first started, when people kicked around pigs balders, it was cool. And football has history, unlike grid iron.

Its worse that Australian football.

Yeah, sports in general suck. I like the internet better. Also you can’t dismiss soccer as just a British thing, it’s like a global thing everywhere except the U.S. Which makes sense, you know, all those little 3rd world brown ****s can’t afford any kind of equipment or materials, but they can save their paycheck for a year and buy a soccer ball.
