I agree with the OP, it is most definately an exploit and not a bug.

When asking for the Haxploitation E-Peen you informed me that it wasn’t given out for bugs, but only for security issues. The bug in question was that when pressing the prank bumon on a user page 1 BP allowed you to change a user’s Avatar, normally 2 points, but an inability to change their title. Actually you’re wrong. The links were backwards for a short time and it seemed that you could change one for 1BP instead of 2BP, but if you followed through it would have charged you the proper price (or given you an error if you couldn’t afford it.)

An exploit is not a broken link, unless that broken link actually lets you abuse something. Also, it’s supposed to be reported to me in advance privately so I can fix it. People who abuse exploits before telling me never get it.

I don’t recall it being reported first, but if you have proof that it was like a tubmail or something please forward it to me.

I get many many tubmails / emails a day, and it’s really easy to miss things. Honestly it’s nothing personal, I don’t hoard e-peen from those who truly deserve it. If you do, I don’t mind giving it to you.

Damn, owned by ET. That’s gotta be demoralizing.

EDIT: Especially when you don’t even check to make sure it’s an exploit in the first place and not just a coding error.

I’m not trolling, I’m stating a fact. You reported an error thinking it was a hack, and thought ET ignored you when you asked for your e-peen. ET already said how easy it is for him to miss things in his inbox, and even if he didn’t miss it, didn’t you ever stop to think “Hmm. ET fixed the thing I tubmailed him about a couple minutes after I mailed him. It’s strange that he would stop whatever he’s doing to go fix a relativly small thing.”

I realize that losing money isn’t small, but granted that ET gets so much tubmail each day, don’t you think that people might submit fake bugs? Plus, who knows how many things get reported as bugs each day. Hell, this IS an MMO. You’re always going to get idiots who start thinking that the game is bugged because they can’t 1 hit Second Wife at level 26 (See: Hackers)

If you had said that before, I never would have said anything. You can’t blame somebody for not knowing information that is exclusive to you.

Also, tubs’ basement is a dark and scary place where the only way out is to come out of the closet to a waiting tubs who will violate you.

That said, I’m out of here, as I do not wish to visit. Next time actually tell people what’s happening so everybody doesn’t immediately regard you as bumhurt. (Even though technically you are. Also, cruise control for cool in your thread title doesn’t help people take you seriously.)
