forum visit glitch or lag?

so i’ve been waiting for 4 more new forum visits, and when i logged on i had like 10 minutes to go, and when i check it fifteen minutes later it says i have 1 day left for forum visits to respawn but i have NO new visits that i was waiting for? is this a glitch or server lag etc? |
