Who ever watched Legends of the Hidden Temple?

It was a physical challenge show from 1993-1995, based topics related to mythology and the like.
It was one of the most epic shows I saw on my childhood (I’m not very old I know), and I remember it to this very day. Recent conversations with Orb and TUBSWEETIE made me hunt YouTube, and wow there’s some cool material there.

I haven’t seen this program before, but it sounds very similar to Jungle Run, which I believe was only shown in the UK.
Do you think they’re related? Either way, they don’t make programs like these any more. |

They still play reruns of the show on one of the nick channels – my sister and I caught it the other day and watched the whole thing, haha. I always wanted to be on that show!! Man, childhood. |

Did anyone else think the “Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego” completely unfair in the last round? The idea was to put markers on a giant floor map of countries or state capitals. The problem was the host wouldn’t just tell them which ones to do, he’d waste time with the story of “where Carmen fled to” before stating which one to do. The kid has about 45-60 seconds and the host just wastes 3-7 seconds each time. |
