There's e-peen for the level 8 forum, but not for the level 9 one?

The Great Firewall of China is level 8, and has several peens related to it. Second Wife is level 7, and has one as well.
But there’s Faux News, which is level 9, and there’s no peen about it – how come? Surely beating it is a greater achievement than beating tGFwoC or SW, no? |

Ok, so everybody hates it. Then how come it ended up with enough votes to go through? Also, regardless of WHY it was made difficult, as long as it IS, shouldn’t it be considered a significant enough challenge to warrant e-peen? |
