Actually, it does until they fixed with this last chat bug.
Whenever I activated IDC chat on Flamebate, INCIT chat would automatically reactive whenever I’d go there. The vice-versa does not apply, tho. |

I keep the IDC chat window turned off in the Options screen, and yet when I go into INCIT, there’s the chat. That’s what I’m talking about. Maybe that’s different. |
