I’m looking forward to all of them but I think I want to see Deathrace the most at this moment.

Deathrace:

In 2012, the United States economy collapses and life for everyone is not the same. Once a NASCAR champion, Jensen Ames, (Jason Statham), hits rock bottom and spent several years in prison. His life was improving and changing for the better after meeting and marrying Suzy (Janaya Stephens) and having a baby girl. Then the steel mill closes, and he loses his job. But that was not the worst thing to happen to Jenson that day. Suzy is brutally murdered, and he is framed for her murder. Jenson is sent to Terminal Island, the worst and toughest for-profit prison in the country run by Warden Hennessey (Joan Allen). She has created the country’s most popular pay-per-view sport, a kill-or-be-killed car race where the inmates race to win their freedom from prison after 5 wins. Every inmate driver is driving a monster car that they built which is loaded with machine guns, missiles, flamethrowers, napalm, and no rules. Warden Hennessey convinces Jensen to secretly take the place of the late 4-time superstar winner, Frankenstein, and wear his metallic mask in the race. If Jensen wins just one race, he can go home to his baby daughter. To get to the finish line, Jensen must kill his competition before they kill him. Douglas Young (the-movie-guy)

Babylon A.D.:

Veteran-turned-mercenary Thoorop (Diesel) takes the high-risk job of escorting a woman from Russia to America. Little does he know that she is host to an organism that a cult wants to harvest in order to produce a genetically modified Messiah.

Righteous Kill:

Academy Award® winners Robert De Niro (Raging Bull) and Al Pacino (Scent of a Woman) star as a pair of veteran New York City police detectives on the trail of a vigilante serial killer in the adrenaline fueled psychological thriller Righteous Kill, directed by Jon Avnet (Red Corner, Fried Green Tomatoes) and written by Russell Gewirtz (Inside Man). The cast also features hip-hop superstar Curtis Jackson (Get Rich or Die Tryin).

After 30 years as partners in the pressure cooker environment of the NYPD, highly decorated Detectives David Fisk and Thomas Cowan should be ready for retirement, but arent. Before they can hang up their badges, they are called in to investigate the murder of a notorious pimp, which appears to have ties to a case they solved years before.

Like the original murder, the victim is a suspected criminal whose body is found accompanied by a four line poem justifying the killing. When additional crimes take place, it becomes clear the detectives are looking for a serial killer, one who targets criminals that have fallen through the cracks of the judicial system. His mission is to do what the cops cant do on their own take the culprits off the streets for good. The similarities between the recent killings and their earlier case raise a nagging question: Did they put the wrong man behind bars?

Bangkok Dangerous:

This story deals about an American hit-man(Nicolas Cage, also producer)in Thailand, he kills his victims with no remorse . The drug addict murderer forms a relationship with a young man(Yamnarm), as he teaches his craft to Thailand hustler. Meanwhile, the killer falls in love with a deaf-mute( in the first version this handicap is borne by killer) pharmacist(enjoyable Charlie Young) and he shares brief moments of happiness.

I saw the preview for Righteous Kill before the X-Files move. It looks very good. Pachino seemed to be acting rather than doing a Pachino impression, which was very cool.

just saw the ‘08 jekyll and hyde movie..was p well done, of course how old is this concept.

Babylon A.D. looks SICK from the trailers, but IMDB tells me it’s one of those films that has lots of potential but is executed poorly…and I can see IMDB being right on this Log in to see images!

I wouldn’t mind seeing Deathrace, though I’m not that excited for it. I like Jason Statham, but I’m more excited for Crank 2 really
