It’s okay, enough noobs run denture chat at slower times to offset one ridiculous quick time. Now if it happened on a new forum that hadn’t had speedruns decided yet, I’d want it removed. |

I think ET’s new algorithm is smart enough to remove outliers (numbers too many significant deviations away from the mean).
In essence, even if it didn’t, it would balance out the slower times from people going afk / waiting to pwn (during a raid)... such as Jesus He Knows Me 10 - 05/04/2008 5328s oOBrUnetTemufFINOo 10 Idorts Army 02/26/2008 6300s Zero Tachikoma 10 PR0N 03/02/2008 7706s |

I hate imacros. It breaks a lot for me. Although if when it works reliably it’s great for grinding…
I’d bet it’s a greasemonkey script that hammers out the ajax requests while the “X forum visits left after this” blurb is there. You can get in two to three moves with keyboard shortcuts there which is the basis for my hypothesis. |

I mentioned those 2. He probably just missed them – I doubt it’ll last long.
Though, I have to say, I’m not sure streaking with the DML is less of an exploit… Tarman edited this message on 07/22/2008 7:15PM |

Tarman Posted: But it isn’t cheating. Log in to see images! I agree though, the DML should be fixed soon. Vuron made some reasonable suggestions about that. |

I thought the max time you could stay on a forum was 60 mins, or 3600 seconds? |

At least streaking is a known bug. Log in to see images! |

Time to finish a forum: I’m pretty sure it used to be considerably longer, possibly unlimited.
Streaking is a bug, not a feature. We are low down dirty exploiters when we do it. |

At least it was proved the algorithm isn’t dynamic and doesn’t change instantly to accomodate new speedruns.
And good thing I don’t streak anymore Log in to see images! |

I think that’s the max time you can be in a forum without making a move. My internet was jacked up one day and I could only do a little of MemeBusters at a time.. it took a few hours to finish it. Log in to see images! |
