BP to change klan name and/or transfer leadership.

It would be really nice to have a BP option for these things. Change a klan name. (A leader only option, not something to use as a griefing.) Transfer leadership of a klan to another member.
Honestly, I’m sure many people would like this option who don’t happen to be TSB. |

i like these ideas, but i don’t think it should take BP to transfer ownership. that seems like a general functionality thing. |
