why can't americans get something right for me, just this once?

So, I got paid for my first full week of work 3 weeks ago, and I decided it would be awesome to buy a hoody from my favourite band ever, Brand New.

Not only did it take an extra week longer to be delivered, the American twats at MerchDirect didn’t charge me enough for shipping and stuff, so now because it’s here, I have to actually pay £13 in order to collect it from the Post Office.

meh.

last night I stayed awake for hours thinking about her

I couldn’t get her out of my mind.

Then through the tears and general messed-upness of my mind, a poem came to me.

I’m going to share it with you.

I hope you like it.

Lit by the scented candles of carnality, thy shadow, seductively flickers upon my heart

For what creature would not cry out for thy velvet playful touch upon thirsty skin?

Even the flowers, envy thy luscious fragrance and bow down to worship thee, should you grace them with your presence

For even if the devil himself tears out my heart, it would still beat for you a million times and call your name in the night

Hahaha get a gun, take it and a very well written suicide note, full of prose and poetic metaphors, and then go and kill her, and then yourself.

It’s truly the right thing to do and you know it!

Fate has called you to this!!!

I don’t have it in me to kill.

Death doesn’t seem like a good idea, although all my pain will be taken away. And so will hers. But she may accept me back, and our lives could be happy.

I mean you two would be so busy holding one another and making sweet love and reading your crappy…I mean beautiful poetry right?

....I was sort of hoping you were willing to REALLY stand out and make a bold stament about true love, and about how horrible the world really is. I guess you just don’t have the guts to REALLY be different from everyone else, and end your life, dramatically.

I could, I really could. If she denys me our love then I could kill myself in a bold statement. However if she welcomes me into her arms and heart I feel I could never leave her warm embrace for something as cold as death.

You really should do that then!

But please do hurry, I fear that if you wait too long, she may whither away from missing you, and you will be deprived of showing her your love, in such a dramatic fashion.

You should sign off the computer, and rush to her RIGHT NOW!!! Time is of the essence!

If she were to let me see her I wouldn’t need the poison. I could tell her how much I love her, cheer her up and make the world seem like such a brighter place. After this we would live together happily, maybe get a civil partnership and matching tattoos to show our commitment.

Sounds impossible.

I think you should have a friend of yours slip her a note from you.

The note should describe a time and place the two of you can meet, and should be a pact.

You can prearrainge to have a poison hidden nearby where you meet, and then the two of you can dramatically end your lives, in a bold daring statement to the world about it’s unfairness, and it’s hatred of true love.

You could totally be like Romeo and Juliet…or something.

Please hurry though, time is running out!
