But I just got a bunch of scoops from forumbuildr. Does anybody know what that’s about? edit: Oh… So it restarts the count from Wednesday then? If so, then yeah, nevermind, I get it. 	DOMINATION THEME WEEK: October 29 <END TRANSMISSION> I like themes, how about you? What’s a theme? THAT’S WHAT! Starting Wednesday at 9PM EST is DOMINATION: Russian Roulette week! No changes to cards, scoops, brackets and the like… So what’s so special about this week? When it ends! This weeks’ domination round will end at a random time (on the usual day, next Wednesday). 	Lemon Scoops fix meeeeeeeeee Posted: So, I take it from this point forwards, anyone scripting speedruns (or using some other cheating method to get low times) is going to be banned from all competition, and their speedruns deleted? With this system, if players are getting consistently above optimal times, it’s going to eventually affect everyone elses ability to earn lemon scoops. 	New Theme Discussion Zi Posted: Rough Justice: bumhole, shotgun, thief have their values doubled bumhole actually used to remove 10. My concern with this, is that it’ll strongly encourage people to hammer each other and the brackets will end up being pretty barren, I think. But I’m open to discussion. Zi Posted: Roulette: You can no longer target players with cards, the effects occur randomly, even with positive effects. I think this would be a programming nightmare, plus it would be sheer chaos. Zi Posted: 7 Card Stud: All players begin with 7 cards, two of which are hidden. Cards cannot be purchased. I don’t like the “hidden” cards, again, harder to program. 7 Seems a little low. I’m thinking you could start with 15 random cards every day (with a card limit of 15), if you don’t use em, they are gone the next day. You cannot purchase cards. Thoughts? The logistics are a little bit of a nightmare and I could see this being exploited if we allow you to choose what bracket you go to. 	Ok real quick here... Domination has always ended on Wednesdays at 9am EST. EXCEPT for the week prior to Episode 2 coming out. 	Domination Enhancements Thread meeeeeeeeee Posted: Would that include scoops you earn yourself, or all scoops except those you earn yourself? It should be easy to top those numbers on a single alt with no competition, using the high end of a pistachio run and solo vanilla. Also potentially somewhat abusable, if you can persuade a few allies to earn some scoops to gain you more medals. I guess nothing can be done really to prevent faux-competition though. I see this more of an aggregate total across all users. I used 0-50 and 51-100 as examples.. In reality I’d probably look over the numbers to see what the average number of scoops in the top bracket is, and the bottom bracket.. and try to average out good ranges. And the order that the goals would be applicable would be such that the same user could not get multiple medals. Its my intention to eliminate the possibility for a user to get 4 medals in 1 week.
