Sure it won’t have the same consistency as fish roe, but it tastes pretty much the exact same. Of course I had black caviar so maybe it’s the cheaper kind?

Actually the other day there was a little package of it on “Manager’s Special” (almost ready to be thrown out) for $6 so I bought it and made some “blinis” (really just silver dollar pancakes made from Bisquick) and had a fancy lunch. It was… okay.
