Do not buy Vanilla Visa Cards! Buy the Visa cards with the IDT logo on the packaging and it must include www.gift2go.net on the packaging somewhere. You must be able to register the card @ www.gift2go.net or www.awards2go.net/. You must put an email and an address when you register the card. You will fill in card info and the info you put in the paypal site.
