I suppose you did a fair share of lurking before asking these questions. Here is some guidance:

1- You probably saw Lee Harvey Oswald respond to some fabulous persons and wondered if that is the norm. It isn’t. It’s only funny when LHO (and a few others) do it.

2- I see you visited INCIT. Don’t use memes if you don’t enjoy being ridiculed.

3- Should be obvious enough by now but as has been said, you can act however you like here, but on the other side, standard netiquette applies.
