Yes, head in tact. I mean, if the zombie’s been taken out, it’s just a corpse like any other. But the question is, are the actively living dead, in a sexual setting, dead enough to become an act of necrophelia, or alive enough to be considered ‘normal’ sex. Obviously not normal as in everyday, just like, two living beings ****ing.

I think it’s a pretty grey area, legally speaking.
