The first couple of days when I couldn’t really move I put a couple of audio books on an mp3 player and tried to listen to those when I would drift into consciousness. Now that my head isn’t exploding as hard I either lay on the couch and watch movies or take a lot of vicodin and try to do stuff and then laugh at myself when I can’t actually do the stuff. But mostly I sleep. Oops! Sorry, I missed the part where you said you couldn’t sleep. Or maybe it was the drugs. Or the infection in my brain. Who knows with these things. The point is that I was insensitive. Unintentionally.
