Your life is now complete; no future achievement or creation will top that moment when you extracted your belgium.

So now your options are pretty much just suicide, a long and empty life filled with regret that you peaked early, or chasing a fleeting repeat of the same high by extracting further copies (which should be easier now, given the number of pieces you’ve already got) and selling them. Or keeping them as trophies, your choice.
