And there are better sandboxes out there than GTA like Fallout 3 or the Elder Scrolls games, so if GTA doesn’t fix their writing their franchise will die.

GTA will survive as long as Rockstar wants it to because the same morons that buy every Madden game will keep buying GTA games.
