It’s understandable that a lot of files suck but the main problem is that most stats except Offense are still pretty much useless.

Yeah, that’s more or less the heart of the problem. Any .moar that doesn’t have an Offense modifier, no matter how good it is in other categories, is pretty much a worthless reward for the grind.
