There was no clause that you presented that said “If he only does etc etc, then I only get banned for etc etc”. All terms were provided to you and to a mod, and you agreed to them. If you objected, you could’ve said something, but you agreed completely.

If this real life, you’d just get the **** kicked out of you, but since that’s not really feasible, you’re sticking to your agreement whether you like it or not. Post to your hearts content (but really, please don’t) until 7 A.M. EST. After that, if you post, you will be comm banned for 5 months. That’s it. Arguing beyond this is moot.
