If I were you I’d back up whatever you can immediately, reboot into safe mode and run ‘chkdsk /r’ from a command prompt. If it returns a significant number of bad sectors you may have a faulty drive.

Actually doing that right now, I had to restart and I booted it again in safe mode and it’s been stuck on “loading windows files” screen for like over 5 minutes.
