Test it out; run the same set of forums a few times over whilst changing your luck before rollover to different values in the higher ranges.

I did tests a while back and saw Luck did nothing really significant to anything. I keep hearing that it gets you better quality stuff while Charisma gets you more, but I think it’s 100% Charisma with a randomizer thrown in.

I think that the program finds the number and divides it among deliveries until a close match is reached. I haven’t seen Luck change actual total value in any relevant fashion.
