You can still extract one at a time with Orange. Just click “List” instead of “Extract All”, and then select “Extract” for the one(s) you want. You can also view the details from there.

I mean an individual file, not all copies of an individual file. This way I can extract extras but still have one over ready to extract to suit my obsessive collection-based gameplayeryLog in to see images!
