But no. I would rather acknowledge these mistakes. Say, “I made a mistake. Here it is. Lets learn how to correct this and move on for a more productive future.”

Unlike some I look to the past to build a foundation for the future. It is only when we bring together those with experience, with those with new ideas that we are going to be able to succeed.
