The fact that he’s an applicant (from Nordstrom’s dad, who Shallow said was real), I don’t think he’s a part of Shallow.

But really, who exactly was PS88?

Yeah, I forgot about that applicants list. SP88 might have been one of Shallows pwn:ers for a while, then got the whole “online serial killer” idea and went rogue. Or not, SP88:s history was very vague at best.
