EDIT: I DID get a tubmail from Shecky, on Jan 20th. The email is gone now, but I don’t have any of those forums you described. Are you thinking I deleted it or something? Normally mission-related tubmails are impossible to delete until they’ve given you something that enhances the mission, aren’t they?

Reading the tubmail unlocks the shecky contact.
