And you’ve spoken with every single contact? (to the point where you get an away message… not just talk to them once and bumume you’re done) And checked you missions tab to make sure you have no unfinished missions?

If that’s the case, tubmail me a screen shot of your empty unfinished missions and your sTalk window showing which contacts you have access to and I’ll figure out where your next step is.

However, I’m gonna put good money on the fact that you either still need to talk to someone or have an unfinished mission.
