The only way to get it is to pwn the 3 forums he tells you *not* to pwn, then accept all of his ‘gifts’ of which there are like 5 or something. Then you have to pwn him. If you do this right you get this item and the “Gifted” E-Peen™.

I only got as far as getting A Dozen Black Roses, and pwning the 3 forums and I still got the webcam Log in to see images!
No peen though.
