Another possible fix is to change the level of Stalker Central itself. Changing the difficulty of all the Buildr Forums would be a lot of work though and completely nuke all stats on them. Though it may be a good idea.

a Subforum that has +1 Difficulty per item received though would be the easiest way probably. Just place the initial Forum around difficulty 40 or so to keep it in line with the next quest, although by the time you hit it you could be level 49.
