It was a quest item, but you were supposed to be able to sell it and get rid of it, so ET made it a junk item. And then he later added the chat. Maybe it should just be one or the other, but right now, there isn’t much of a difference no matter what you do with it. You’ll still get the chat either way and you’re not missing out on that much flezz if you sell it early.
