The time is indeed unclear. I talked to Doug about 10 hours ago and got a convo, then tried again a couple of hours ago and got another one.

I think it’s actually tied to a specific time of day which isn’t rollover since the same happened to me. I think it’s 9pm server time and will test that theory tonight.

So far though I tried early morning then late night and it worked, while going late night to early morning it didn’t reset.
