Oblivion: Enemies auto-level throughout the game, so that a wolf from the beginning is still a danger to you after hours of playing.

– Same with Fallout 3. Bethesda seem to have a habit of doing that with their games, which is kinda disappointing. Hopefully it’s something that Obsidian Entertainment (ex-Interplay/Black Isle staffers, makers of Fallout 1 and 2) don’t do for the next game, Fallout: New Vegas.
